1 General Provisions

7ebd is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using this website and all its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the platform on 7ebd, users must be 21 years of age or older. 7ebd may request valid identification or documents at any time to verify age. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, the additional accounts will be closed and the associated bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

3 Account & Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your 7ebd account. Do not share your login details, password, or OTP codes with anyone. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

7ebd will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If anyone requests your password and claims to be a 7ebd representative, treat it as a fraudulent attempt and report it immediately to [email protected].

Transferring, selling, or leasing your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

7ebd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds will be credited to your account once the transaction is complete.

• Make sure to use the correct mobile wallet number when depositing.
• The name on the payment method must match the name on the account.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.

Before processing a withdrawal, 7ebd may request documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete. Amounts subject to bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met cannot be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

7ebd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳32,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus funds only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Before the wagering requirement is met, only the actual deposited amount (excluding the bonus) may be withdrawn. For any questions about bonuses, please contact the support team.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period and terms.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be used unless explicitly permitted.
• Promotions are for personal use only and apply once per customer.
• 7ebd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If promotion abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on 7ebd are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each game operates according to the rules of its provider, and outcomes are determined by independent algorithms.

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, a bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded. 7ebd reserves the right to void bets arising from technical issues or incorrect odds.

6.2 Casino Games

In live casino and slot games, the outcome of each round is determined independently. Previous results do not influence future results. In the case of an incomplete game due to a technical interruption, 7ebd's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Betting Limits

• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other users or staff.

• Managing a third party's account or placing bets on their behalf.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

7ebd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason — particularly in cases of violation of these terms — without prior notice. During an investigation, the account and its funds may be temporarily frozen.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time. In such cases, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned, but any remaining bonus balance will be cancelled.

10 Limitation of Liability

7ebd provides its services in good faith and is committed to maintaining the quality of the platform. However, 7ebd is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical outages.
• Failure of third-party software or payment services.
• Issues related to the user's own device or connection.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's gaming decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

In no event will 7ebd's total liability exceed the actual withdrawable funds held in the user's account.
